What is your view of the idea that friendships are a source of energy? Is that always true

I believe friendships can be a source of energy because when I am with my best friends they never fail to make me laugh, and have fun no matter where we are. I can tell my best friends absolutely anything, and I know that I can trust those two guys with my life. They are there for me no matter what and I know that we are going to be friends for life...
